Are the products and services the same with Stegbar?
You still have the same product options and installation service available from Stegbar. But you will now have more to choose from as a customer of Stegbar. Including the innovative composite Siteline range of windows and doors, as well as our wardrobe, showerscreen and mirror product ranges.
Will the pricing from Stegbar change?
The pricing you will receive from Stegbar will be the same as what you would have been offered via Airlite.
Will the Stegbar warranty be different to Airlite?
The warranty offered by Stegbar is identical to what was offered by Airlite.
Is the Airlite quote I received still valid?
Absolutely, your Airlite quote remains valid for 30 days from the date of the quotation. However, after the 1st December 2022 you will be issued a new quote from Stegbar, you will be invoiced by Stegbar and all products and services will be provided by Stegbar.
I’m having an issue with my Airlite products and require service or warranty support, what do I do?
Should you experience any issues with your Airlite products, please contact the team within 30 days of the defect arising.

Where do I go for spare parts?
Basic spare parts are available for the current range, although for older Airlite products you may need to seek local window maintenance providers in your area. If you're unsure, please contact us and we can assist you.
